After my intial complaint on 1 Nov 13, Pierre (owner at Goodwood Branch) was willing to :
1) Listen to my complaint
2) Acknowledge my frustration
3) Apologise, explain unclarities and made me feel valued
Now I am a happy client and recommend Wingfield to all my friends and family!
