I bought vehicle at Goodwood Branch. Salesman Hansie was sitting with license papers for more than a week and still did not come to me the client to attach number plates and lisence paper disc and that after paying a R 2000 license and reg fee. Only received sms to say hoe kan ons maak met plate? If I was the salesman I would have asked where can I visit you to supply the papers I had to pick up the license plates and papers myself! One would think that after sales service is important but appearantly not. I was also promised touch up paint to fix marks on the car but this also did not occur.! Although I was offered diesel for the same value as the touch up paint it was still Bad service.
