They are very quick to make promises (which they dont keep) - I traded in my car on another vehicle and one of my conditoins for the deal was that I want the service books of the vehicle. They promised to go fetch it in Worchester from the previous owner - i even offered to go pick it up if they arrange it! - needless to say im still waiting. All i get from Pierre - whom I told before signing the deal - is that the salesman must sort it out. He wont - you wont and im stuck with a car with no service book, decreasing the resale value drasticly.
