Final straw. I have been to the Postnet at Northwold several times and every single time i have gone there I have had terrible service. It is slow and the staff on duty are always incompetent and rude. I feel like my patronage is an annoyance and most times I have to take over and set up and print documents myself. This is unfortunate because other Postnet branches I have visited (such as the one at Panorama and the one opposite Cresta) actually have very good service and are extremely helpful. However a business is only as strong as its weakest link and the Northwold branch reflects this. This inconsistency in the brand is perturbing. Who runs this branch?..
The Northwold branch is unfortunately the closest and most convenient one for me. My experiences here have ruined many days for me to the point that I will not use Postnet ever again.
