I was at your Postnet Fontainebleau branch to print some documents. I did a quick "right click, print" on the file not realising that the person who sent it to me, had not put any information on the document. The 20 pages came out of the printer and we discovered they where blank. However, I was then told that I would have to pay for the pages even though they were blank. They said there was nothing they could do about it, gave me the blank pages and told me "these are yours". I find it absolutely pathetic that they charged me for printing when no printing was actually done. My partner worked at another Postnet in the area and they would never have done that to a client. Needless to say, I will never use Postnet's services again.
