My document was handed in at Ballito Postnet on 23 April at 9:20. The document was forwarded via overnight service. I was advised that my document will be in Hatfield on 24 April at 11:00. On 25 April at 10:30 the document was still not in Hatfield Postnet. After a terrible attitude from Ballito Postnet I was advised that the document "should" be at Hatfield at 8:00 am. It is now 11:00 and it has not arrived yet. Ballito Postnet did not say sorry nor goodbye. Postnet Ballito has a terrible attitude and Postnet should not offer a service that they can not provide.
