From day one i received poor service from VW Bruma. its started with promised delivery date which meant my car being Brought down from JHB. due to failed services my car was driven down, reason i was forced into such a position was because i have already made arrangements with leave from work and as per my religion the car needed to be at the temple on the Saturday morning. my car was delivered with 600km and i had told they would do the smash and grab for free on the Tuesday TO COMPENSATE.
Another failure by VW as they did not deliver on the ecpexted date of the smash and grab. 1 week later my wife arrives to VW to find the car was not booked in when we were told everything was sorted. 30 Jan 2013 the car was taking in to VW. As to my surprise the VW staff drives my wife back to work with her car. according to my conversation VW would drop my wife of at work with a Vehicle of there own. the car travelled to and from 5 times to it destination. the time and cost for travelling would be hard to recover. VW is very fast in putting mileage on your vehicle but very slow with service delivery. VW Cars are very nice the service delivery is disgraceful!! VW fails to delivery on service!!
