Very Bad aftermarket service and no feedback

The problems I have is as follows:
My wife bought a Toyota Etios from the Edenvale branch about 18 days ago. To date, I have not recieved the following: Regular feedback with regards to the following: A copy of Contract for the purchase of the vehicle. Its been 18 days already since we took delivery. Not a call from them. No information about the BeeMi whether or not we were charged for it. So that we can make other arrangements for a tracker. Awaiting the settlement of the trade in Vehicle of a Chery J5 to somebody named ZEE.? The vehicle was left at the premises of Autopedigree Edenvale. Then when my wife asked her (Dane') about the registration of the vehicle this morning on 18th, Dane' tells my wife the vehicle must go for roadworthy first. How can she sell a vehicle that didnt have the said roadworthy before delivery. She now says to my wife that she will do it now. Why only now after 18 days. This should have been done before delivery. All this after we took delivery. Never again.
It is unfair that we have to run after her for a response. Then when we phone on the landline she tells us to phone on her cellphone, Coz she knows the phonecall is being recorded.
