BAD SERVICE

Ok, I've just about had it!!! my car was in for service for 3days last week (dropped of Monday morning collected Wednesday evening), they clearly didn't do a good job hence I booked it in today AGAIN, I now had to call (as i had not recieved any update this afternoon) and ask how far my car is, only to find out they just started on it at this hour (15h00), when I dropped of the car this morning at 8am. When I ask if my car will be ready by today, I receive a plain "not sure, will call u mam' if anything changes "- which means like last week ill have to organize my own transport as i had previously stated that thats my only mode of transportation. so will then have to inconvenience people around to make plans to get home, and work the following morning- this is NOT service.
