My petrol cap got about a month and a half ago. The morning of the 11th of October 2013 when I took my car in for a service at VW Menlyn, I asked the guys what's the cost of a new locking petrol cap will be and Menlyn was a bit pricey. After phoning around to all the different branches, VW Hatfield gave me the best price and I ordered a locking petrol cap on the 16th October 2013.
They said it will take up to a week to get it, no problem - I don't mind waiting!
Well it's now the 04th of November 2013, STILL NO PETROL CAP. Phoning Hatfield every 2/3 days and following up on when I can expect the cap! Each and every time it's a different excuse and till today, I still don't know when I can expect delivery.
This is really ridiculous for one simple locking petrol cap?
