I brought in my car today, and informed the booking consultant that I have evening classes and would need the car back to make it for my class, which is in Bryanston, and less than 15km away from the dealer, or if repairs would take longer, a lift to my class after work, ( which starts at 17h30) and I would organize a lift home this evening.
I work for a living, and have meetings today. I planned my day so that I would be available by 15h30 for collection, as per my request on the collection card, but was informed by Funi that "management" said I would need to be collected by 3pm if I was to be dropped off???
I have no issues with BWM keeping the car for the necessary repairs, my request was simply for a lift to Bryanston, which is a service that BWM provides. I was informed that if I was picked up after 15h00, the other customers would complain if I got dropped off??
I am disappointed at the unwillingness of "management" to assist, instead all I hear are resorts to threats.
As it is I have no option but to fetch my car, in the condition I brought it in this morning so that I can make it for class this evening, and I do not believe that this is the best option, nor do I thin
