Good Day
I took my car for service this morning at BMW Lyndhurst Auto today 27th of September. This was the
first time I booked the car in for service since I bought it a year ago. To my surprise and disgust, it seems as no one arranged for me to be collected to pick up the car as agreed, I was moved from pillar to post. As I am typing this message, it's 18:00 and I am being told that the driver will be here at about 19:00. I was supposed to drive to the Northern Cape and clearly this means I have to drive late at night and this has also left my family stranded as they are waiting for me.
This is the worst experience ever, especially from such a reputable company. I am still in the office, stranded and probably have to wait outside the office with my Laptop and in such a high risk area.
I am honestly disgusted with this poor level of service and regret why I took my car to Lyndhurst Auto. I guess this will not bother them as they sell a lot of cars, so I am just a number to them. Vehicle sales have dropped, but you can still afford to render such service.
With this kind of service, you will loose clients especially in such a tough market.
