I had a bumper bash at the end of Aug this year.
As part of the insurance I got a replacement rental car from Europcar.
Despite the fact that they knew that I will probably hold the car for a month they gave me a car which they were about the retire and they actually called me in to exchange for another car.
Over an above this, They have charged me almost R160 for fuel refill despite the fact that I filled up the car in both occasions, the time I exchanged and the time that I returned it, right before returning the car.
I think that this qualifies as cheating and!!!
