On Wednesday evening while driving home with my 2011 Polo vivo 1600, which i bought last year October from NTT Paarl. I hear this noise from the engine bay. I pull over to find gearbox oil out the gearbox. I phone VW assist and they send someone to tow the vehicle to the nearest VW. Which is NTT Paarl where i bought the car. Car got pulled on the lift where the technican looked and said theres a crack in the gearbox. On Thursday morning i go to the dealer to ask for a courtesy car. As i need a car. After explaining my situation to the manager and also pointing out that the car was serviced a week ago by NTT Stellenbosch. He told me he doesnt have a car available. He didnt even make an effort to phone NTT Stellenbosch to ask what exactly was done when the car was serviced there. Eventually he says he can give me a vehicle for two days which i need return before the weekend. So now suddenly there is a car. So i took the car. To my disapointment a vehicle with no fuel in. Car was totaly empty. I am very disapointed with the service received. A manager with a 'dont make your problem my problem' attitude. VW will definitely lose clients with this kind off service
