H1 van has been back to the dealer 4 times for the same fault in the last 3 months, was off the road for 3 weeks in total and fault never fixed. Now vehicle has broken down properly and they will not provide a courtesy car. So due to the inability of Hyundai to fix it properly the previous 4 times I must hire a vehicle at my expense while they look into it. Master Service advisor Tania Van Straten does not take or return calls, eventually after physically going to the branch to try and resolve it get given a generic letter stating we do not have loan vehicles for vehicles on the workshop for repair. Well I could understand that if the vehicle had just broken down but you have had 4 opportunities to fix this and have failed to do it. That is unreasonable.
