BAD SERVICE and PURCHASE

My intention is not to bad mouth Hyundai, but rather to get the service I deserve from them. I am a fan of Hyundai and like their vehicles BUT I have bought a i20 from Hyundai Eastrand (with big regret), this vehicle since I bought it had problems and they referred me to Hyundai Boksburg (with big regret). The people are friendly, yes but it doesn't help if the vehicle is not fixed. I bought a car to rely on but at this stage it is just a big headache. All that Boksburg keeps on telling me is that I have to bring it back and back again, this I feel is unacceptable. Every time I have it there for repairs I get it back with the problem not sorted out and then I have to take it BACK AGAIN. With my business I need a vehicle but at this stage I am loosing time and money as I need to take it BACK to Hyundai all the time. ALL THAT I WANT IS FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TAKE IT BACK AFTERWARDS. THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY FRUSTRATING. Please can someone help as I don't know what to do anymore. At this stage I don't have any confidence in Hyundai and would like to either get this repaired or if they can assist me a replacement vehicle
