Poor service / communicatin

We bought a demo model Daihatsu Sirion (YXD 538 GP) from Hyundai Centurion with maintenance plan & guarantee. The vehicles gearbox has been giving problems from the time the sales lady was using the vehicle prior to us purchasing the vehicle.

It shows on their system that the vehicle had previous gearbox problems ( - 9000km) prior to my son purchasing the vehicle. He is currently under contract in Durban and took the vehicle to the branch in Durban. The communication & service from the manager was pathetic he returned the vehicle two weeks later without having resolved the problem.

My son brought the vehicle back over the festive season & we booked the vehicle in at Hyundai Centurion for them to inspect & repair the problem with the gearbox which falls under guarantee.

We booked the vehicle in 31.01.2013 & have to date had no update or feedback as to the progress, if we do not phone we have no idea as to the progress. We keep being told by Kurt and Tiaan that they are waiting for confirmation from to proceed with the guarantee.

My son is currently working in DBN without a vehicle

THIS TYPE OF SERVICE after i purchasing 8 vehicles from same franchise since 1999
