2 vehicles was purchased by Hyundai Strydom park, upon signing the deals they mentioned a 90 000km service was what I was entitled too. Today 25/11/2013 they advise me it was upon "3years" which I am supposed to use the maintenance plan! Verna the finance lady NEVER stipulated properly the timeframe only the kms. Everytime I sent my vehicle they either broke something which they claimed from MY WARRANTY! my vehicle was sold to me with buckled rims, I had the run around. Their own service advisor in august said I was still on the maintenance plan. At 15.42pm I get a call saying they will check with an extended warranty> nobody calls me back I call them @ 17.12 only to find out they sorted NOTHING! MOST HORRIFYING service from Hyundai, they never follow through the day... SUGGESTION NEVER go there
