We had our car send to Pro beat panel beaters in Pretoria west for repairs by our insurance company after it was in an accident in July this year. It took them till Tuesday 29 October to be repaired after numerous calls and promises, but it was decided by our insurance to have the car quality check by Hyundai SA after the repairs. It was booked for Monday 28 October 2013 for the check and was approved by their technician (Mr Jaques Cronje), with booking reference nr 4DR07120. On the report he checked all lubricants and looks like he done a general "service" check, but did not refer to the repairs done on the vehicle. When my daughter canme home for the weekend she asked me to got over some faults that she thought were not right and we discovered loose cabling on the back tyre section, cracks in the bodywork in the boot, damaged door locking devices, bad paint work, and damaged internal clips and rubbers, loose screws rolling around in the hatch, and scratches on the body work. My question is whether Mr Cronje at Hyundai Zambezi is qualified and just thought that due to the fact that its a womans car that she would not have it checked by her father, or that it must look it does?
