Shocking service!

I have never been so disappointed with Hyundai Wonderboom as I am right now! I must say my family are loyal Hyundai customer having owned a Hyundai from as far back as 1995, it was a no brainer for me when I started shopping for my first vehicle to look no further than a Hyundai. I bought an I20 in 2010. In May 2013 I booked my vehicle in for a 60 000 km service, upon booking I indicated that I will need my boot repaired as it no longer stood up seemingly the shocks had warn out. I must also stress the fact that I stay about 40 km's away from Hyundai Wonderboom and its not easy for me to always make it there as I am not always in town, however it still remains my dealership of choice. Upon collecting my vehicle they had managed to charge all other additional things which of course mean additional revenue and they didn't bother repairing my boot as that falls under warranty, Raymond indicated that unfortunately they do not do repairs on weekends something they failed to indicate before hand so I had to come all the way again to repair my boot. On 21 June 2013 I came in for the boot repair and requested that my lamp be repaired and guess what? It wasn't repaired! Thanks for nothing!
