Hyundai South Africa
LYING ON INSPECTION SHEET

I met an accident on the 9th May 2013. I was hit on my rear left door and my vehicle then rolled down a bank. The car was taken by Nuwagon Auto Body in Roodpoort and the insurance chose for the then 5 month old car to be repaired. My car was eventually returned to me in August but had to go back 6 times since then. Prior to the fifth return the insurance insisted on a Hyundai inspection where Riaan approved that all the work done on the car was to Hyundai standards. He signed the inspection sheet and confirmed telephonically that the job was done to perfection.
Upon receiving the car back i found a number of faults on the car which ranged from plastic bonding used to
stick the petrol tank cover and 4 different shades of red on the car. The car was then taken to a reputable Panel beater in Sandton and needed so much of work that the insurance is now replacing the vehicle as it still needs so much of work.
i cannot believe that this car was approved on a Hyundai Inspection sheet bearing the Hyundai Letter head. Riaan now claims that he has nothing to do with this although his signature is on the document... i have thus decided never to deal with Hyundai again moved to Kia
