We are a body shop repairer (? 20 yrs). We applied to become an approved repairer with Hyundai. Needles to say we have to be satisfied with a simple NO. No reasons given, just a NO. My question is this, "How is that equal? ' Why can some be approved and others not? Still I have to be happy with a simple NO, not even a servey was carried out to ask our customers about our service, nor a question on our BEE Status, JUST a simple NO. The paint warrenties we supply is beter tha Hyundai's, BUT still every time a NO. So all you Hyundai clients, just take note: If your car is involved in an Accident, you have NO say who or WHEN your car will be repaired, Hyundai will decide for you, so if your Bumper is scratched you will have to wait for it to be repaired, because even if it is your car, even if you paid hard cash, it still is not your decision.
