On August 29, 2013 I filled fuel to the amount of R200. My card was swiped twice as indicated on my bank statement thus I was charged twice (R200x2). I called the service station on numerous occasions and also went their physically and spoke to the manager who made various excuses even after I handed him a copy of my bank statement proving I was overcharged.
I want my R200 cash refunded including the bank charges amounting to R38.27.
It's been 2 months now that I'm trying to get my refund. This is totally unacceptable!
