In the week of 19 - 23 August i spoke to a consultant from mobimoola to find out how mobimoola works. the consultant said if i make use of their services ONLY then will i be charged, but to my dismay on 29/08/2013 my account was debited with R99 and R150 (PLUS R6.00 bank charges). I called to find out what is happening, in the morning i spoke to Gary and later at about 13h45 I spoke to Asa. both consultants told me to forward my bank statement proving the debit on my bank account. i have done so but none of them could/would say when my issue would be resolved.
I am VERY UPSET, mobimoola must reverse these payments including the bank charges. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH MOBIMOOLA. JUST REFUND ME AND TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE. NEVER CALL ME AGAIN.
I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES, after this incident.
