NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME!! POOR SERVICE

31/10/13 I phoned Nadia Nel on her mobile number Cell:072 530 1824 to arrange for a repair of my broken mirror. Previously called her to also ensure that she would assist with checking if the workshop has the mirror and if not t request an order. Despite the fact that on all occasions she cared less to get back to me with feedback, I called her to get the feedback myself and without any complaints. She confirmed that the mirror is available and that I must bring my car on Friday 01/11/13 and she would assist. I got to the office as early as possible sat and waited for her to arrive and when she arrived she did not bother about our arrangement. I called her and she answers and claims to be in a meeting when she made an appointment with me for the morning. I walk up to her office and she walks passed me with an I don't care attitude and tells me off like that, no decency whatsoever. Tells me that she is busy with a new vehicle registration. Had not booked my car, had not ordered the mirror, nothing was done. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PUT UP UP WITH SUCH RUDENESS AND INCOMPETENCE AS WELL AS POOR SERVICE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE BY CHOOSING THAT COMPANY, I AM SO DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!
