We ordered a mirror from KMK Glass in July / Aug 2012, which had to be sent to another company for holes to be drilled into the mirror. To date we have not received the mirror we ordered and paid for in full or any notification regarding its whereabouts. They made several mistakes with the holes drilled into it and we had to follow up at least once a week with their office and that of the company who drilled the holes ourselves. On several occasions we visited the other company who drill the holes to be provided excuses such as the person who drills the holes is off sick and no one else can do it until next week or that the drill bit that size is broken so they drilled the hole smaller, this was not acceptable as we needed that specific size hole. Not once did KMK Glass follow up directly with that company or ourselves regarding the completion or collection of the mirror or reasons why we will not be receiving it. After Approximately two months of waiting and excuses we went to another service provided who did the same order in two days.
