I booked a car with Dollar nearly two weeks ago. The contract said that the deposit will be back into my account between 3 to 7 days. After 8 days there was nothing so I send a mail and they replied saying they have a back lock but it was just released by the bank and sorry for the delay. A day later I checked, still no money. Another day later I checked again and still no money. Like in really? I have made use of many car rental companies and dollar is most definately the worst of them all. Poor service, holds back deposits with no reason or simply dont answer you when you complaint. This is not the first insident with dollar.
