Kwikfit Goodwood POOR SERVICE

I took my vehicle to Kwikfit Goodwood Early December 2012 for mechanical problems. It took them 4 months to repair the vehicle and I paid them when requested to do so.

Vehicle had several new faults which they were unable to fix, and told me to take the car somewhere else as they have done enough work on the car and dont know whats wrong with it anymore.

Kwikfit smashed the back window, scratched and dented the bonnet, lost a front grill cover, messed oil in and around the vehicle that was never cleaned.

When I told them I would be taking the matter further with the RMI, Craig the manager threatened me by saying, "do it and I will see what happens", then ultimately throws the phone in my ear
