Shocking as well! Disappointing!

Took in my car on Saturday, they promised to call me on Mon morning before doing anything on the car. No one called and I ended up calling to give them other details. Shelyn was so impatient and told me that they will work on the car same day and update me before the end of the day. No one called until I called them on Tuesday around 09:00.
Actually before I called I spoke to someone whom I know and asked them 2 check for me. That person told me that "other cars that came after yours were attended to but yours is not yet and anyway, that is their usual service when it comes to black people".
I did not believe, called and yes it ws confirmed; the car ws still not attended to. Shelyn rudely told me that it took them 2 hours to diagnose a clutch failure so I needed to pay R1254 before taking my car, I refused. Then she called and said I must then pay only R627 to take off my car. I paid this as I didn't want to continue arguing with them but I know that it's a RIP-OFF as they did not even do any diagnosis on the car (only did after I cancelled after 10:00 Tue).
