BB Auto/Renault not having parts to fix a clutch

My car (Renaut Megane) clutch burnt on the 17th sept and Renault polokwane assessed and quoted well over R16 000 whichwas paid two days later. Two weeks later the car has not been touched with the workshop manager citing stock back orders. I however am now struggling to feed myself because I need the car to pay bills and even pay for the very car, especially now after a R17 000 setback. I have spend lots of money (which I don't really have anymore) holding on their (BB Auto and Renault SA) phone lines but I am still not getting help. The workshop manager promised that I would be called by Renault SA to organise a temporary means of transport but its been another week of waiting. Why is this dealership offering to fix people's cars only to create inconvenience and misery? Why is Renault selling cars that they cannot make spares for? Why is Renault promising alternative transport and looking away when their clients need their help?
