Good day
I purchased a renault clio iv dynamic cash at Reanult seamans George. the purchase price for this car was R187000.I was advise that this would include a full tank of fuel as well as my pesonalised numberplate. However I was forced to pay the registration of my personalised number plate. I then called the dealer and told them about this and the consaltant M jacobs told me that he would refund me as soon as he gets paid. This is unaccpltable as this was not part of our contact. My car broke down and I was towed to Renault Oudshoorn who told be that i will pay for the repair as it was abuse on my side, this is not true. The two dealers refused to give me a coutesy car, Oudshoorn refused because i did not buy the car by them and Renault george refused as the have no control over Renault Oudshoorn. I also called renault SA and Spoke to Sudai lunga which was of no help at all.
I am so frusted because of the fact that i needed to hike from Oudshoorn to Beaufort West
I am still without a verchile. I want a new car or my money back as my contract was breached from the start. I would not recommend Renault to anyone.
