Yesterday i took my car for service in Durban, on my way back my car gave me a "check the vehicle" message and it showed a spanner, i called renault confiance the technician was sent but he couldnt do anything and advised i must take the car back to the workshop, this morning i called renault durban im being told i have to wait for tuesday because the workshop is only open on tuesday, all i need is for my car too be checked and be given a courtesy car since i have to drive back, are the customers expected to be stranded, so if a renault client has a problem during the weekend must she/he wait for the weekend, i m done with Renault and i promise you i will make sure that everyone knows how you treat you customers when they have bought your cars. PISSSED
