Hanging up!!!

I had a customer trying to query a parcel tracking details, after ten minutes of holding the operator answered only to hang up the phone!!!
I called myself, and lo and behold, I get the same, i gave the operator my tracking details, and i get hung up on as well!
This is disgusting!
We use your courier services often and to get this treatment is ridiculous!
