L have been tracking my study material package since l received the dispatch notification on the 21st of January and there hasn't been any movement since the 24th of January when the parcel was dispatched to their Johannesburg Branch. Last time l used the postal service and it was much quicker.
l want to study and do my assignments but l don't have the study materials. l hope UNISA will look into this and stop using this courier company its not competent enough.
