RE: Card delivery - a painful journey
From Jhbg Call Centre, I received 3 SMS notifications of a card delivery, citing a reference number that applied to someone else with the same Surname Initial.
When trying to follow up long distance, the call centre was unhelpful and could not confirm correct ref number, nor if card would be delivered on date as per sms.
They passed the buck to the local office, who made immediate contact, confirmed CORRECT reference number, and committed to a delivery time. Card arrived as undertaken.
Local couriers being undermined by Call Centre.
