I received a sms to say my FNB credit card will be delivered on 5 Febr between 13:30 and 14:00. I called the call center to find out where my card is after I did not receive my card during the time they said it will be delivered. The call center agent said someone will call my back in 10 min, that did not happen. I call again today just to hear the same story. Someone was suppose to call me before 9:40 this morning. They cant give me the contact details of who is delivering my card and they cant even tell me where my card is. Can someone please tell me where my card is or who will be delivering my card and when?
