The first time ccd couriers delivered my sanlum liquid card i admit i did not have proof of address it was my fault so i agreed to pay for my sanlum card to be delivered to me the second time around, but the day they agreed to deliver my card was the day i had a interview which was on monday 12.08.13 so i called the callcentre and asked them to deliver my card on the thursday 15.08.13 the callcentre agent took down my details called her team leader to confirm it and agreed to deliver my card on the thursday and would call me the wednesday to confirm but when i called the callcentre they told me to call head office first gave me the wrong number and i had to call back for the correct number when i did call head office i spoke to felicity and told her my problem i gave her the details of my call records and the number i called on to postpone my delivery and after 2weeks felicity leaves a voicemail saying..we cannot pull the call records that you called so unfortunately we will not beable to deliver your card. Ccd couriers kept records of all the smses they sent to me but they cannot pull records from there callcentre so they passing the buck on me as if i didnt call them at all??
