The worst service from a company eve

My Hyundai H1 bus broke down 2 weeks ago. after a week, without a word from the dealership in Menlyn to let me know what is going on, I start phoning. In 4 days, I have made 24 calls to the one number and 21 calls to another number. I also phoned the customer care line 4 times.

NOBODY is ever available at all. I manage to speak to the service manager, Jacques Reigert once, who promised to phone back in 20 minutes. Obviously his watch is not working!!! I have asked to speak to the dealer principal countless times. His assistant, Theresa refuses to put me through, saying, he is somewhere in the passage (Wednesday), he does not have a phone line in his office and he does not make appointments to see people (Thursday) and just refusing to put me through on Friday (Miraculously he got a telephone line in his office overnight on Thursday - her words!)

I have tried customer care - still no answer from them either.

It is now 2 weeks since my vehicle broke down. After 49 calls in 4 days, I now know that the problem is the fuel pump. I do not know when and if my car will be fixed. I do not know what the cost will be. I do not know anything at all.
