My 82 year old father has received the worst car sales, pre, during and post buying his Hyundai i10, phone calls are never returned, the dealer principle Mark Torrence has no respect for customers, never returning calls, Hyundai Pinetown is obviously too busy making money to care about the "small" customers. They promised to reemburse the cost of the liscencing on his car, six weeks later, no money received, this is just a small amount, but to a pensioner it means a week or two of living expenses! i would never recommend this dealership. When messages are left and faxes sent, no response, how is one supposed to get hold of them??? my father cannot afford the cost of constant phone calls!! who can one phone??
