I bought a replacement floorwiz pro sponge last week and Thursday at Verimark, N1 City Mall. I have used it once and upon using it for the second time the sponge broke. I tried to take back the item yesterday, but unfortunately I lost or misplace my proof of payment. I then asked the assistant in the shop to check on their system and he told me that he cannot do it and only his Manager can do it. I was told that the only time the manager will be in is on Friday between 4pm and 5pm and that their is nothing that they can do about my problem. Why should i be running after their Manager when they should be calling me or contacting me. I tried to phone their customer care line today, 3 times and am still trying to get through. Each time the phone rings for about 3 mins and then the line just goes dead. I even tried to phone their head office number in Johannesburg and no on is answering. I sent a mail to their on-line complaints and is still waiting. This is really ridiculous, i am really getting fed up. What do i have to do to get a response from Verimark. If this is what i look forward to shopping at Verimark, then i think i will not be shopping there anymore.
