I bought a used 2007 Hyundai Tucson from Pinetown Hyundai... and six weeks later the car broke down in Capetown (a faulty starter motor)..this was replaced at a Hyundai dealership and six days later (back in Durban) the car broke down again... This time it was repaired at a Hyundai dealership north of Durban... I was told a faulty starter motor must have been the cause (again).

Four weeks later the car broke down again... three times in under six weeks. This time I took the car back to Pinetown, where I bought it from.

I was seriously upset, but Ryan the workshop manager and the dealer principle were amazing and found the cause of the problem... While angry about the the lemon I had bought, the manner of the service received and the commitment of Hyundai Pinetown to resolve the problem AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE made up for all the inconvienience caused... WELL DONE
