Renew it randburg has had my car for a month now and unless I call them I do not get updates on my car and their attitude and customer service is terrible!!
Each person tells you to hold (then you are on hold for at least 5 minutes each time) then they don't know what is happening with my car so they say they will phone back and guess what... they do not call back!!!
