Renew It Randburg, car still not done!

The car was sent to Renew It randburg by insurance after having hail damage, the fact that Renew It is a mercedes accredited dealership you think that they would have top notch service, this is not the case.

The car went in on the 30/01/2013 and we were told that the longest it would take for worst case scenario was 14 days, it is now the 22nd of March 2013 and the car is still not ready, this is over a month later than the worst case scenario release date.

After numerous calls which all ended with the same"let me find out and get back to you" which never happened, you have to continously phone for an overage of a 5 minute wait before speaking to the right person and after dealing with the one rude receptionist you get told the same"let me find out and get back to you"which as usual never happens, there is never any feedback given as to how far the car is, why there is a delay and what they are doing to sort it out, they have a " you, we have your car so you will wait "attitude to the customer.
On top of all this they still charge a R2500.00 excess for this ridiculous excuse for a service.
