A month and a half ago I was in an accident and Renew it Randburg was meant to repair my car. After one and a half months, of constant follow up with them because nobody and I mean nobody from Renew it has called ONCE to let me know progress on the car and calls are never returned, they have told me that they have ordered a part today. Today!!! Are they serious!!! After one and a half months of constant promises of you can have your car "today and tomorrow" they ordered a part today. What in the name of all that is holy have they been doing the whole time. Shoddy service. Disgusting turn around time and broken promises. How is it possibe that they are allowed to retain the Renew it franchise licence? I would never ever reccommend that anyone use them. They are unprofessional and useless. And part of good business practice is building integrity by giving your word and abiding by it. I have dealt previously with Danmar in sandton and the service has been sterling. Renew it Randburg makes me realise just how disgusting service can be!
