Bad Service, Lack of repairs

I am extremely disgusted with the lack of service I have been getting from Renew-It Randburg.

Before today I had phoned Renew-It 3 times to find out the progress on my car, each time I spoke to Tony and each time he told me he was waiting for parts.

Today I phone at least 4 times. I get cut off, then Tony tells me he is not the person to speak to anymore, then I get transferred and get told he is not the right person and he doesn't who to speak to and nor can he transfer my call. I phoned back twice and no one answers the switchboard at all. Then I get transferred to some gentlemen (I can't even pronounce his name) and he can't find my car on the system. Then he looks on the "manual" books and still can't find my car. He informs me that he will physically go have a look and call me back in 5 mins.

As you can imagine he never calls me back. Then my husband gets involved, calls this man demanding where my car is and the gentleman now informs him that he has found my car but now he is on his way to the parts department to find out what's happening and he will call my husband back in 5 min. I don't know what his 5 minutes is but we are still waiting for his call back. Disgusting
