This is not the first time that Ram has excuses when coming to deliveries they mess up orders and then make this your problem... i now have to reschedule my leave as according to them delivery can only be made tomorrow, when i explained my situation wont they tell me well what should they do.
This is pathetic service as they had made the error which now affects me, BAD attitude and terrible service is what i say about them.
