Hi. I ordered an iPad during Dec 2013 and the experience left a bitter taste. A the start the promise was made that (via SMS on the 19th Dec) "Your FNB order is coming today between 8 and 5". At the end of the day I had to drive to RAM couriers to collect it the following Monday, after various promises from RAM and Digital planet that they will deliver. I was planning to go away on leave on the 24th, after various promises etc from RAM that they would deliver, they could not find my house (an established complex that is 5y old) never phones and asks directions, nothing. This is the worst ever experience with a shipping agent. The process took about 2 weeks (including the FNB and Digital Planet time), but that excludes delivery time as I had to drive and collect it myself. This was also very rudely communicated to me, that I need to be there before they close bla bla bla. I'm not even going to try and claim delivery costs as I am not in the mood for a prolonged fight. This is just FYI, use it don't use it.
