I requested RAM couriers to collect a firearm on the 3rd of May from Pretoria to be delivered to Port Elizabeth. I explained the urgency of the delivery to the person dealing with my parcel and they collected the firearm the same day. When I phoned them on the 6th of May to track the delivery I was told that the firearm did not yet leave storage as some clever person forgot to attach the consent form which I made sure they received. The promised me that they will make sure that they parcel leaves that night to PE. I phoned Mr. Ratau 4 times to confirm this and he gave me his word that this will be delivered. When I phoned this morning the 7th my parcel apparently did not make truck to PE and was left in Isando. How pathetic can this company be? I mean really I made sure from the 3rd that all the requirements are completed as required by RAM but they keep on screwing up from their side and they just dont care. I urgently expect a call from RAM senior management to adress this issue and expect the person in charge of my parcel to be fired!!! They are giving your company a very poor name and I will personally never make use of your company again.
