I called upon a recommendation from a friend in the transport industry to try and get a quote from Skynet.
I was informed by the lady there that she cannot give me a quote unless I have a Skynet account.
I am a new customer wanting to see if Skynet will be the right company for me to use. I am in NO way wanting to open any accounts yet.
Then when I go onto their website to try and email head office at the provide email addres of: [Email Removed] it bounces back saying this is a permanent error and I must use an address similar to [Email Removed]
Implying again that they do not deal with people who do not have an account with them.
What an elitist attitude to have and one I find is not helping at all. Their system for new potential customers is therefore not friendly at all as they bully you into opening an account just to get an obligation free quote?
That is the single most ridiculous thing I have heard in a long while. How do you justify this?
Untouchable evil corporate entity much?
