I ordered two items from overseas:

And the one item was admittedly lost by SkyNet. After phoning the SkyNet constantly to try and understand what is going on. I was advised that they were looking at internal CCTV footage and doing a floor sweep to try understand where my package is.
My package was ordered on the 16th of August and as of today I still have no indication of what is going on. Every time I phone SkyNet, I am promised that someone will give me a call but this never happens. The item arrived in JHB on the 20th of August.
I want to know what is going on and when my replacement parcel will be delivered?
